Pricing that scales with your project

While the crawl is in progress we will give you an endpoint that you can programmatically check for the progress and readiness of the data (the progress is also displayed live on the dashboard if you are willing to wait). We will also send you an email when the crawl is finished with the download links.

We provide you 3 copies of your data. You can download your data in either JSON, CSV or XML formats. Images and other documents downloaded will be zipped separately for your convenience.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will offer an immediate refund (no questions asked) if asked within 7 days. You can just write to support for this and we will do the needful.

We understand this can happen on a busy month. If this is a one off thing, you can request a quota increase by writing to support so we will keep the service running. Generally, almost as a rule, we never interrupt a crawl if your quota runs out in the middle of it. If your monhtly needs have increased you can increase the plan size from the billing section of the dashboard. In any case, our system will always send you an email alert when you are nearing the completion of your quota, so you will have enough time to act on the issue.
